Brain Integration Technique(BIT) is a proven, non-invasive technique based on principles of Applied Physiology, Acupressure and left/right brain integration.
Brain Integration benefits those with;
memory trouble, spelling, or math difficulties, lazy eye, performance anxiety,
reading trouble, balance, coordination, public speaking fears, trauma, stress,
PTSD, ADD and ADHD.
What is Brain Integration Technique (BIT)
It restores the function of the brain, enhancing attitude and performance in school, at work, for athletic pursuits, and in relationships. With Brain Integration, the brain permanently shifts on a neurological level.
Complete BIT once, and your life changes for the better forever.
Before a series of sessions with Alex, her clients often express how they have the potential for greater achievements, or for handling situations in a more fulfilling way, but their ability to do so is locked behind glass and inaccessible. This missed potential can be due to head injuries, trauma, mental and emotional blocks, or simply that the brain missed a stage of development.
BIT restores the flow of communication within the brain thus allowing access to your full range of mental abilities. After the BIT series with Alex, you are able to easily and effortlessly remember, read, multi-task, and have a deeper sense of calm and greater self-esteem.
Brain Integration is typically done in a series of sessions. Many of the brain's functions (like memory) involve several aspects of the brain and are bi-hemispheric in nature. Therefore, Alex works with all the brain centers. Alex’s sessions include testing you to make sure you retain full functioning while in stressful situations like timed tests, oral presentations, or doing math and spelling.

PTSD and Trauma
Brain Integration allows you to again feel calmness on a daily level, become more grounded in the current moment, think logically in times of stress and let go of the trauma.
Psychological and physical trauma occurs as a result of an experience that is perceived as life threatening. Trauma can lead to post-traumatic disorder – inhibiting people’s ability to deal with stress.
Trauma can be brought on by a single experience or repeated events. It completely overwhelms the individual's ability to cope or integrate ideas and emotions. The fight or flight centers of the brain are unable to turn off due to trauma. One can experience many symptoms from having a traumatic experience.
